Overview
Meadowbrook by KB Home is a new residential community in Campbell offering Below Market Rate (BMR) homeownership opportunities for income-qualified, first-time homebuyers.
Through the City of Campbell’s BMR Program, eligible households may purchase a home at a price below market value in exchange for long-term affordability restrictions.

Preference Priorities
Applicants may qualify for priority ranking if they meet one or more of the following:
- Displaced by Demolition (2019–present)
- City of Campbell Employees
- Campbell Residents
- Campbell Workers
Preferences are used only to establish lottery ranking and do not guarantee selection.
Available Opportunities
Multiple lotteries are conducted at Meadowbrook based on unit type, income category, and estimated close of escrow timing.
Important: Each lottery creates a one-time ranked list. Rankings do not carry over to future offerings. One lottery entry per home per household.
⚠️ Important Note
The lottery is not a waitlist. Only one lottery entry may be actively processed at a time. Declining a unit offer moves the household to the bottom of the list for that specific lottery cycle.

Workshop attendance is required to receive an application link.

Attend one:
Saturday, October 3, 2026, 10:30–11:30 a.m. or Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 3:30–4:30 p.m.
We recommend attending a workshop and getting a loan pre-qualification letter before attending an open house.
Attend a Workshop to submit your lottery entry with required documentation for preferences.
Winners are ranked and files reviewed. Selected buyers must close in ~45-60 days.
Upcoming Workshops
Attendance at one educational workshop is required in order to be eligible to enter a lottery for a Below Market Rate (BMR) home purchase. Workshops for the March 6th lottery have concluded and are no longer being offered. A new workshop schedule will be released by March 6th for participation in future BMR home purchase lotteries.
