The City of Half Moon Bay’s Below Market Rate (BMR) Rental Program provides rental housing at regulated prices. These homes are intended for residents who meet specific income and asset limits.
All available opportunities are advertised via a transparent lottery process to ensure equal access and compliance with fair housing laws. Each household’s income and program eligibility are reviewed and recertified on an annual basis.
